Kefir is a fermented drink that is full of live active cultures. It comes from the Black Caucasus Mountains in Russia where the inhabitants lived vey long and healthy lives.
The best Kefir is made from raw goats milk and real grains. The grains are added to the milk and left to ferment until ready. The grains are then removed and the resultant white gold is bottled. We leave it unflavoured so that sweetners don’t harm the good bacteria.

We recommend that you take 170ml a day but because our Kefir is so effective you may need to start with a tablespoon and work your way up!
