Smokey Doe has the same fresh, creamy base cheese as Frowsbury Hill but it has a very subtle smokey flavour running through it.
This cheese has been developed with the help of Ben Piette of Maison in Wrecclesham and has graced his restaurant’s menu. As this is a unique cheese it’s well worth giving it a go.
